This product is fantastic. We love the control it affords in going from a beep to a buzz to a shock. We have only had to use the shock feature twice. From then on the simple beep has corrected behavior. Battery life is incredible. Highly recommend.

We’re using this to train our golden retriever. This has assisted with his off leash training. It has worked in water and on land. When we had an issue I messaged customer service and they were very prompt with responding.
