It works just as advertised. I bought it knowing I was not going to use the shock feature but I figured I would test it on my arm, after that I will definitely NOT be shocking my dog. It is very spicy.

Great investment. Dog responds well to medium vibrate and has been very effective. Have yet to recharge but the manetic usb charger is cool. The on off at the top of remote is also cool.

Honestly made my dog listen more within a day. She realized it's not okay to jump on others and will listen to the beeps. The fact we will be adding more doggos to our clan and a remote that holds 4 collars on one remote is amazing!
