we got this collar, I only have to use the vibrating setting at high level to warn the dogs not to go near the gate and it worked wonder. Now, each time they are allowed into the yards, one by one, with the collar, they know what is expected and did not even attempt to go anywhere near the gate.

I use it to control their barking at strangers when they passed by with other dogs and our dogs, as soon as they hear the music sounds from the collar, will stop barking and returned inside the house immediately. Very please with this collar and strongly recommend it to anyone with problems training their dogs.

I just got a new dog, only 10 months old, from a family with small children. As a result, my new lab/boarder collie loves children and wanted to follow them down the road. I love the fact that I can use the tone button as a replacement for "come" and the vibrate mode to warn him. I hate the thought of shocking my dog but even on the low setting he learned quickly. I no longer have to tie him up and he now checks on me every 5 minutes or so, or I remind him with a quick tone. I love this unit and the company stands behind their product. I recommend this product, it's worth every dime....

I love this collar! Bought for my Golden Retriever who kept running off every chance she had. I chose this collar for the distance that it can reach. It has worked very well for us. The only reason for only 4 stars is that I have had to sync the collar and handset a few times already and we have only had the collar for a month.
