My dogs would always dig under the fence and escape. I work over an hour away from home at times, so getting a call that someone found my dogs was always a headache. Installing this did fix my issue after training the dogs and showing them where they should and shouldn't go.One thing I do recommend is having a game plan for installation prior. I was expecting to be able to just wire my backyard. But, after reading the instructions, I learned that it is not exactly easy to do - especially if you don't want any above ground wire.I used PVC pipe as shown in the pictures to hide the wire. I saw some reviews that fed the wire to the indoor outlet through a window (instructions say to use an indoor outlet due to weathering issues). I couldn't do this as it would prevent my window from shutting, so i drilled a hole in the hardiplank and into my laundry room. ...

I have an above average sized city backyard and a dog that can climb like a highly motivated monkey. I really didn't want to chain her because she was an abused rescue and in my opinion has been through enough sadness in her life.I found this on and thought I would give it a try as a last resort. It really works great!I used simple small plastic wire ties to attach the yellow wire to the existing chain link fence.I followed the easy understand instructions provided to attach the transmitter and tested the collar using the supplied "tester" connector thingy. Now Daisy can run free and the neighbors have stopped coming to my house to tell me she is in their yard. ...

Our Ridgeback, Loki, lives up to his name. He is not a dog to be kennled. He will either break out of a fenced/ kennled area or hurt himself trying. The installation is very easy and will take a weekend of your time (or my husband's in this case, lol). We did have to purchase an extra spool of wire for our yard. There is a 30 day training guide.... our puppy caught on the first day attempting to chase a squirrel in the neighbors yard. Great purchase!

This is the second time we have purchased an in-ground fence from --for different dogs in different houses. It is easy to install and easy to train the dogs, but you do have to train them for several weeks and leave the flags up for a few months. It will work if you do it properly!

This fence is amazing! We have had it almost a year and it works great. Our collar just stopped working and I called customer service. They are sending us a new one. She said that it is not normal for them to just stop working, but I was so pleased with their customer service. It took our dog one day to adjust to using the fence and learning the boundaries. We bought an extra role of wire for our yard and we used lawn staples to staple the wire down. Excellent product. Btw, we ordered extra batteries so we would never be without. Our battery lasted 8 months because our dog never tests the boundaries. The customer service lady said that it usually lasts 1 - 3 months if they test the boundary a lot. ...
