Product came charged and ready to go. I love that I can train my dog w/o shock. Easy to lock that feature. Easy and quick to charge and fit appears comfortable with my retriever.

Love this collar it has trained my dog in less then a week. My dog would run after cars we just use the vibrate feature and has learned not to do this.The collar has awesome battery life also.

Take time to read the instructions to prevent any injuries to your pet. Follow recommendations for the sound, vibration and shock to your pet. This product has served its purpose for our family

Product easy to use and works extremely well. Really like the ability to choose vibration or shock and ability to adjust shock level. Highly recommend.

Works great. My pit mix responds nice to just the beep feature. It’s loud enough to grab his attention. Love the lock feature especially when I put the remote in my pocket. No accidental shocks.
