Works perfectly! I just have it laying on top of the grass and nailed it down with some sod staples. Definitely spend the time training your dog the boundaries or else they will be scared to go outside.

Works for my Bernese Mountain dog and my Corgi. Saves hundred of dollars over having someone come to do it. You may want to upgrade to bigger wire.

installed easily using a shovel to pry the gras up and insert the wire. only had about 100 feet total i needed. instruction were helpful.

This worked awesome! My dog was constantly trying to dig under the fence. I installed the basic in ground fence and with about 20 minutes of training on the first day, she quit trying to dig under the fence. The item is very effective!The only negative point I have is that the transmitter has to be inside, it makes it a little difficult to run the wires into the house.Overall a great product!
