I bought another brand that was only slightly cheaper and bought this one when it failed. The other had no consistency and I was not even comfortable enough to put it on my dog. I should have done it right the first time.This unit made it easy as far as invisible fences go and worked great. I have a mild mannered, 70 pound Lab-Bernese Mountain Dog and it was a only a few days of training for him to get the idea. I did about 2 acres myself. I used a handheld edger and my back to bury the wire and it was simple. I worked at a leisurely pace and it took me a weekend.
