This fence is amazing! We have had it almost a year and it works great. Our collar just stopped working and I called customer service. They are sending us a new one. She said that it is not normal for them to just stop working, but I was so pleased with their customer service. It took our dog one day to adjust to using the fence and learning the boundaries. We bought an extra role of wire for our yard and we used lawn staples to staple the wire down. Excellent product. Btw, we ordered extra batteries so we would never be without. Our battery lasted 8 months because our dog never tests the boundaries. The customer service lady said that it usually lasts 1 - 3 months if they test the boundary a lot.
