Recently received this product and I'm very pleased. Followed instructions to a T to ensure proper set up and pairing (2 collars, one remote). Instructions were detailed and very easy to follow; I had no issues getting started. Once set up and paired, I fit the collars to each dog and training began. I started low and worked my way up until each dog responded. I had no issues with the collars working intermittently; each one worked properly every time.
