Battery lasts forever. Range seems fine. Strength is good. We only really use the beep and vibrate modes, so can't say much about the shock function. Overall, great affordable option.

I got this for my 7 month old puppy. She has been biting at my son and barking at neighbors. This helped make her listen better and stop.
